Renting a booth, half-booth, or table entitles you to exhibitor accreditation for the CINARS Biennale.

If you wish, you may register up to five (5) additional people per booth and two (2) additional people per half-booth, for the fees listed below. These individuals may be part of your organization or external collaborators.

Exhibitor Handbook

Prior to the event, exhibitors will receive a handbook containing all relevant information, including: the setup schedule, provided equipment, permitted equipment, and exhibition hall regulations.

Booth Assignment by CINARS

Once again this year, CINARS will assign booths, half-booths, and tables in the exhibition hall based on the following criteria:

the order in which booths were reserved and paid for;

a balance among the disciplines represented;

a harmonious distribution of exhibitors based on their level of experience.

Your location in the exhibition hall will be communicated to you in the fall. Please note that, for logistical reasons, no special requests can be accommodated.

Booth Setup and Take-Down Schedule

Setup: Wednesday, November 11, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Take-down: Saturday, November 14, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Cancellation Policy

Through September 1: Full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.

Through September 15: 50% refund of the registration fee.

After September 15: No refund.
