For over four decades, CINARS has established itself as a leading hub for performing arts professionals worldwide. By connecting performing arts companies, agents, and programmers across five continents, CINARS promotes the international circulation of contemporary dance, theatre, circus, music, and new forms of expression.
In addition to its Biennale in Montréal, CINARS supports performing arts professionals year-round through export missions and maintains an active presence at major international events in the sector. These ongoing efforts aim to foster the mobility of artists, increase the visibility of their work, and promote professional dialogue.
Goals

Supporting the outreach and export of performing arts works by assisting professionals and companies in their international development, particularly through an export mission program and professional support.

Fostering opportunities for companies, artists, agents and programmers to meet and engage in dialogue, with the aim of stimulating international collaborations within the scope of our missions, particularly the CINARS Biennale.

The CINARS Biennale highlights the excellence and diversity of Quebec and Canadian artistic creations, strengthening their presence on the international stage by offering showcase opportunities.

Providing professional support, training, and strategic intelligence initiatives to support internationalization efforts.
