The rental of a booth, half-booth, or table includes one exhibitor accreditation for the CINARS Biennale.

If you wish, you may register up to five (5) additional people per booth and two (2) additional people per half-booth, subject to the fees indicated below. These individuals may be part of your organization or external collaborators.

In June 2026, you will receive an exhibitor handbook containing all relevant information, including the installation schedule, provided equipment, permitted materials, and exhibition hall regulations.

Booth Assignment by CINARS

Once again this year, CINARS will assign booths, half-booths, and tables in the exhibition hall based on the following criteria:

• order of reservation and payment;
• balance between represented disciplines;
• a harmonious distribution of exhibitors according to their level of experience.

Your location in the exhibition hall will be communicated to you in the fall. Please note that, for logistical reasons, no specific requests can be accommodated.

Cancellation Policy

Until September 1: full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.

Until September 15: 50% refund of registration fees.

After September 15: no refunds.

In addition to the official program, the CINARS Biennale presents OFF-CINARS showcase performances throughout the week at various venues in Montreal.

Companies wishing to present a show as part of OFF-CINARS must assume the following responsibilities:

• Register with the CINARS Biennale and rent a booth at Marketplace.
• Cover the production costs of the performance (venue rental, salaries and per diems for artists and technical crew, etc.).
• Make a portion of the tickets available to CINARS Biennale participants, if applicable.
• Cover the costs of transportation to your event, if applicable.

The Project Presentations allow eight artists or companies, selected by a jury, to present a work-in-progress to the programmers, artists, and agents participating in the CINARS Biennale.
To be eligible, selected artists or companies must be registered for the CINARS Biennale as exhibitors, with a booth, half-booth, or table in the Market Place, or be registered as additional exhibitors.

Registrations coming soon

To support emerging artists and foster diverse career paths, My First Biennale is aimed at six companies or artists participating in the CINARS Biennale for the first time.
This initiative allows them to familiarize themselves with the mechanisms of developing international markets and to better prepare for their participation in the event.
The selected companies or artists receive preparatory training, accreditation, a space at the emerging artists' booth in the exhibition area, and an hour of coaching after the event.
